I am writing to express my gratitude for the amazing service and food your company prepared for our wedding at the Kangaroo Point Cliffs on the 18^th February 2012.  Chantelle and I have been getting so much positive feedback from our family and friends over the taste, quality and quantity of the food and beverages.  The staff you employ are first class and their attention to detail and customer comfort is excellent.

The canapés and sit down meals were perfectly prepared, warm and mouth watering.  The desserts were just the same and the children were spoilt with food and service.

Zen Catering made the night so much more memorable and we have recommended your business to a number of our friends for functions already.  I will definitely be using your services within my businesses the next opportunity I have when I need to entertain staff or clients.

I meant to email you but haven't done so. I wanted to say that everything was wonderful on Saturday and your staff played no small role. The food was excellent and the waiting and drink staff friendly, efficient and yet unobtrusive. Raphael was a star - our oven failed on his arrival and he took it in his stride and produced wonderful food with only the grill and his own equipment.  Everyone said how good it was and lots of people took cards. And everything was cleared up and looked better afterwards than before...

In particular, Jade was absolutely outstanding; even doing an emergency dash with me to Dan Murphy’s when we ran low on beer! I really really appreciate him going the extra mile to help out; he was a life saver.

The food, as usual, was absolutely outstanding and we received lots of good feedback.

Please accept this heartfelt thank you, to you and your fabulous team for making my Birthday party a huge success last Friday evening (11 Feb).

Your assistance in the planning meant that on the night I had nothing to do but enjoy myself.  Jade and Simon arrived on time, were personable, professional and just “made it happen”. 

They clearly knew exactly what to do and it was obvious they had taken the time to familiarise themselves with the run sheet, beverages etc because they didn’t once have to ask us anything.  The waiters were friendly and accommodating and they smiled all night through – such a delight!

My guests are still talking about the delicious food, the impeccable service and the seamless manner in which food and drinks magically appeared all night. 

At the end of the evening the venue transformed back to its original condition. Magic! Little wonder Zen came so highly recommended from Lexus.

Thank you again; I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends or corporate clients looking for a superior experience!
