- Please note that it is not always possible for the Zen staff member on the day to provide accurate pricing on additional charges
- Additional goods or services will be charged at the same rate as the contracted event rates
- Where goods or services are sourced from an external supplier
any surcharges incurred will be on charged to client
If Zen equipment is left behind it is the client’s responsibility to return to the Zen base the following business day. If not a pick up charge may be on charged to client.
If Client Items and or equipment is left behind and retained by Zen Catering it is the client’s responsibility to collect to the Zen base the following business day. If not a collection charge may be on charged to client.
Zen Catering retains the right to change or alter these conditions at any time, with or with out prior notice.

In doing so you agree to the additional charges being invoiced and charged after the event and have read these conditions.
