Summer Cocktail Recipe – Mango & Guava Fizz


INGREDIENTS (serves 6)

  • ½ cup (125ml) mango nectar
  • ½ cup (125ml) guava nectar
  • 750ml btl chilled sparkling wine
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • Mango slices, to serve
  • Mint leaves, to serve


  1. Pour the mango nectar into a jug or evenly among serving glasses
  2. Add guava nectar
  3. Top with sparkling wine
  4. Serve with ice cubes, mango slices and mint leaves
